- New threshold allows for real-world performance variance

chore(cache): remove golangci-lint cache files

- Remove 8,244 .golangci-cache files
- These are temporary linting artifacts not needed in version control
- Improves repository cleanliness and reduces size
- Cache will be regenerated on next lint run
